Time to market is the most crucial for startups. Unfortunately, most founding engineering teams spend too much time building features - I wanted to help them. Just being an external consultant did not reasonate well with me so I decided to start this agency where I can be in the weeds with the founding team from feature development to helping them plan their go to market experiments. So starting from the PRD and feature development made sense.

It’s going well so far I would say. First project I took on was a mobile app to summarize youtube videos. I have built this project myself, both the backend and the mobile app itself and launched it on ProductHunt. We got the 3rd position and reached 1,000 sign ups within 5 days of launch. Within the first first week, it was at $100 MRR.

Second project I took on was at Yess.io - freelance business OS. They were pivoting to AI sales assistance for agencies. With the team, we shipped the AI sales copilot for agencies which is now the main selling point for the company. Work was a lot and often would stretch late into the nights but within the first 4 months, we launched on producthunt, got the 7th place and got features on the mailing list. It brought in first 5 paying companies for the product.

I am working with the 3rd and 4th one right now. We are on track to repeat the success for these companies as well.
